Established by Katerina Gannenko, a dedicated real estate professional with over six years of experience in North Cyprus, and Halil Bozkurt, a veteran executive with more than 20 years of experience in one of Cyprus's largest tourism holding companies, our agency merges insights from both industries.

We have developed an in-depth knowledge of the North Cyprus real estate landscape, are adept in the property sector, and have thoroughly examined the local cultural norms and practices.

She has been living in Cyprus for over 10 years. Her journey began with one of the top developers in Northern Cyprus, where she managed beachfront resort properties. Katerina worked with various agencies, spending several years at one, where she rose from a sales manager to director, collaborating with buyers from all over the world. After successfully building a Russian-speaking sales department within the company, Katerina decided to start her own business — and that’s how Unique Homes agency was born.

Halil is also continuing the family business: the construction business, which means he can help with a customized project under construction.
