Kyrenia (Girne)
The pearl of Northern Cyprus. The city is famous for its picturesque views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. Kyrenia is known for its historic harbor, where cozy restaurants, cafes and bars are located.
Kyrenia Castle is one of the main attractions of the region. The city offers excellent conditions for living and recreation with developed infrastructure and a wide range of real estate.
Famagusta (Gazi-Magusa)
This city with a rich historical heritage is famous for its Venetian walls and the ruins of the ancient city of Salamis, as well as the Gothic Cathedral of St. Nicholas, now the Lala Mustafa Pasha Mosque.
Famagusta is a cultural centre with beautiful beaches such as Glapside Beach. It is also called the "city of students" because it is home to the largest Eastern Mediterranean University. In winter, flamingos flock to the lakes, and in summer, the beaches attract caretta turtles.
Nicosia (Lefkosa)
The capital of Cyprus, divided into northern and southern parts, is a unique combination of eastern and western styles. North Nicosia is known for its narrow streets, bazaars, mosques and cultural monuments such as the Selimiye Mosque and the Buyuk Han caravanserai.
The city is the administrative and economic centre, although foreigners rarely choose it as a place to live due to the lack of access to the sea. However, just 30 minutes by car are the beaches of Kyrenia. It is predominantly Cypriot and has an atmosphere of Cypriot charm with many authentic cafes.
Guzelyurt (Morphu)
This "beautiful city" is located in the west of Northern Cyprus and is famous for its fertility as the agricultural center of the island. Guzelyurt is surrounded by orange and lemon gardens, and freshly squeezed juice here is a real delicacy.
The city is also famous for its archaeological sites such as Soli and the monastery of Saint Mamas. It has a calm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for nature lovers and those who love a slow pace of life. In winter, you can pick strawberries and citrus fruits, and in summer, you can enjoy the beaches and the Troodos Mountains.
