WHEN CHOOSING A PROPERTY, OUR ACTIONS

Making a deposit for the object, in the amount of £ 2000-5000. For a period of 2-4 weeks. The price is fixed and the object is removed from sale. Preparations for the deal begin.

All purchase and sale transactions are accompanied by a lawyer. Transaction support – 1300 £. A contract is being prepared, sent to you for review and signing.

The first installment is paid together with the signing of the contract. Minimum 30% of the property value.

Together with the first installment, the stamp duty is paid, registration in the land registry (which is carried out by a lawyer). The cost is 6.5% of the property value.

Further, you adhere to the payments that are specified in the contract of sale.

Upon receipt of the keys a transformation fee is paid – connection of communications to the complex. The price will be specified in the contract – from 1500 £ to 3000 £.

There is vat tax – 5% of the cost. Paid one time.

You become the full owner of the property after you pay – transfer of the title deed to the land in your name. The cost is 6% of the cost. To do this you will need to provide a certificate of non-conviction from the place of your residence. This payment is not mandatory.

The annual property tax is 3 turkish lira per m2.
