- Legal support 1500 euro
- 0.5% stamp duty – tax duty upon registration of the contract of sale, paid upon making the first installment
- 6% – registration contact fee in land office , paid together with first payment
- 5% VAT – upon receipt of the keys, or upon translation of the title deed
- Transformer fee (fee for connection of electricity, water and sewer infrastructure) in the amount of £1500 to £3000 (depending on the region) – upon collection of keys
- Buying and transferring an electricity meter to the name of the owner +/- £300
- Purchase and installation of a water meter in the amount of £350 to £900 depending on the region
- 6% tax for the transfer of title (ownership) – when transferring the title to the tax, when 100% of the value of the property has been repaid and permission to transfer the title has been received.
- Real estate tax is only 3 TL per closed m2 (balconies and terraces are not included) and is paid once a year
